White Mountain Meadows 

This growing, gated community is located on the northeast edge of the Village of Ruidoso, and all Village utilities are available.  The subdivision is bounded on the east side by Hull and Gavilan Canyon Rds.  The main gated entrance is accessed off of Gavilan Canyon Rd, and the back entrance is accessed off of White Mountain Meadows Dr. 

The topography of the area consists of a large 13 acre fenced meadow, most of which is a commons area boasting a gate house, playground, picnic pavilion, tennis courts and driving range. The rest of the area has treed rolling hills and many homes and lots have great mountain and valley views.  It is one of the more build-able areas in Ruidoso and there are still a few vacant lots left for sale.  

Minimum building size is 2,000 sq ft and only site built homes are allowed. There is a Homeowner's Association and Architectural Committee to which plans for new construction or additions, must be submitted and approved. The annual HOA fee per property is only $240.

Home prices in the area for detached single family homes are ranging from $300-$600K and townhomes or patio homes are ranging from $175-$300K. A new phase of the subdivision was launched in 2009 and several $700-$1.2 Million homes have been built and sold. All of these homes are 3,000 sq ft or more and have incredible views.
