Alto Golf Estates

The newest subdivision in the Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club development and home to Alto’s second 18-hole Golf Course, known as the Outlaw Golf Course. This 470-acre subdivision is located on the east end of Alto Lakes G&CC in the foothills of the Sacramento Mountains. Alto is an unincorporated village just north of Ruidoso, NM with Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club as its hub. In addition to the Outlaw Golf Course, you will find a second Alto Club House with a pro shop, practice facilities, dining, tennis and pickle ball courts.

Existing custom homes in the community range from just under 3,000 sq ft to over 6,500 sq ft. Homes currently for sale range from 3,350 to 6,664 square feet and priced from $799,500 to $2,250,000, with an average of $1,760,000. All lots are larger than 1 acre and range in price from $89,000 to $249,000 with an average price of $126,000. There are currently 76 homes in the Alto Golf Estates subdivision.

All homes are required to be of a southwest style and designs/plans must be approved by the Architectural Committee. Water is provided by the Lincoln Hills Water Coop and each home is required to have an aerobic septic system. All utilities are underground. A full golf membership to Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club is attached to each lot in the subdivision and can not be sold separately from the property itself.
